Whether you gifted yourself, gifted someone else, or received a gift...we ultimately want you to be happy with your item(s). 

Returns 

    Holiday Return Policy ✨

    • For purchases made between November 17, 2025 – December 25, 2025, you have until January 16, 2026, to return any returnable item(s).
    • Returnable item(s) must be unworn, in new condition, and accompanied by an order packing slip or gift receipt.
    • For gift purchases, please indicate in the notes section, at checkout, which items are gifts and need a gift receipt.
    • Any returnable item(s) with a gift receipt will be eligible for an exchange or store credit only.
    • *Please see the instructions below on how to initiate a return.

    Standard Return Policy

    • Have within 14 days of delivery to return any returnable item(s). After 14 days, all items are non-returnable.
    • Returnable item(s) must be unworn, in new condition, and accompanied by an order packing slip.
    • *To initiate a return, please email oblige.me@obligeboutique.com with the subject line: RETURN REQUEST – Order # [Enter Order Number, if applicable].
      • Include the following information in your email message:
        • Full Name
        • Address
        • Phone
        • Item Requested for Return
        • Reason for Return Request
        • Return Request For – Exchange, Store Credit, or Refund
      • We will issue you a return label, if applicable.
      • Please allow 5-7 business days, upon delivery of your return, for review.
      • We will notify you once we receive your returned item.
      • Please allow for 1-3 business days to inspect returned item(s). We will respond to refund requests based on the condition of the item(s).
      • Cost of shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless there was an error or defective item(s).

    Refunds

    • After we inspect the condition of any returnable item(s), we will notify you of the following:
      • Full refund minus the cost of return shipping for items for other reasons (changed your mind, the fit, the color, etc.), determined on a case by case basis.
      • Full refund including shipping costs for damaged/defective items.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
    • Please allow 3-4 weeks, from when we receive your return, to process any qualifying refunds.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • All sale items (excluding promotional discounts in which the above terms apply).
    • Other items include:
      • All earrings 
      • All pre-owned items in the Attic (they are purchased ‘as is’)
      • Face masks
      • E-gift cards

    E-Gift Cards 

    Terms and Conditions

    E-gift cards:

    • are sent via email to the purchaser;
    • will need to be forwarded to the recipient via email by the purchaser;
    • do not hold an expiration date;
    • are non-returnable;
    • are not reloadable and not redeemable for cash;
    • do not include any activation fees, service fees, or any other fees that reduce the value of the card over time;
    • balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping;
    • may only be used on www.obligeboutique.com for the purchase of products.
